  Dale Bradford | Vice President, Western Hemisphere Offshore
Murphy Oil Corporation

Dale W. Bradford is Vice President, Western Hemisphere Offshore for Murphy Exploration and Production Company. Dale is responsible for Production Operations, Facilities & Maintenance Engineering, and Reservoir Engineering for Murphy’s Gulf of Mexico and East Coast Canada producing assets.Dale has 25 years’ experience in the international offshore and North America unconventional oil & gas industry. Since joining Murphy in 2007, Dale has overseen operations in Malaysia, Vietnam, Australia, Indonesia, Kurdistan, Congo, Cameroon, Canada, and the United States. His roles have included Senior Drilling & Completions Manager, General Manager of Southeast Asia Operations, General Manager, International Drilling & Completions, and Vice President of Worldwide Drilling & Services.Prior to joining Murphy, Dale was with BHP Billiton Petroleum, BP Americas, and Amoco Production Company.Dale holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and has completed the Executive Program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Dale is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers and the International Association of Drilling Contractors.
  David De Pledge | Senior Development Manager – Gulf of Mexico
Shell International Exploration and Production

David currently serves as Senior Development Manager for Gulf Of Mexico, within the Project and Technology organization of Shell Oil Company. David’s primary focus and responsibility is the maturation of Deepwater Projects from Exploration discovery to Concept Select and Final Investment Decision. David has 26 years industry experience, initially Joining Woodside Energy in 1993, where he  worked for 20 years, including multiple international secondments into Shell E&P International before joining Shell Oil Company in the USA in 2014.  He has a large and varied range of development experience including leading both Oil and Gas project in various roles across Australia Northwest Shelf, Carnarvon Basin, West Africa – Nigeria and Mauritania, Europe and the Gulf of Mexico.David has a Master’s degree in Geophysics and is an active member of the Western Australian Institute of Management.
  Ryan Malone | General Manager – Projects and Chief Transformation Officer (CTO) for Gulf of Mexico and Canada businesses

Ryan Malone is the General Manager – Projects, and the Chief Transformation Officer (CTO) for BP’s Gulf of Mexico and Canada businesses, and is responsible for BP’s developments portfolio and the transformation agenda within those regions.
Ryan joined BP in 2002 and has held a number of posts in both operations and projects.
Ryan’s career with BP began as an operations engineer in Onshore USA and then led to a number of project engineering and management roles. Ryan worked has worked US onshore operations, on the Mardi Gras Transportation System deepwater pipeline project as a construction engineer, and on the Atlantis and Thunder Horse projects in various subsea and project management roles. Ryan was the Project Manager for the Mad Dog Phase 2 Floating Systems scope, and held the position of Director – Global Subsea Systems responsible for delivering all of BP’s subsea systems designs and equipment globally. Ryan was Executive Assistant to the COO – Global Projects, where he helped in the creation of BP’s global projects organization (GPO).
Ryan has a Mechanical Engineering degree with a Minor in Mathematics from Baylor University.
  Tom Preli | Director Offshore
Enbridge Energy

Tom Preli is currently the Offshore Project Director at Enbridge Energy in Houston, Texas. Tom has thirty four years’ experience in engineering, construction and project management of midstream facilities. Tom has worked on major capital projects both onshore and offshore and worked both domestically and internationally. He has performed many projects in the USA Gulf of Mexico (GOM). Tom has spent his first three years working for KBR, twenty-four years working for Royal Dutch Shell and the past seven years working for Enbridge. Tom has a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University and a M.S. in Civil Engineering from Purdue University. Tom is a registered professional engineer in the states of Texas, Louisiana and Alaska.
  Jacquelyn Star | Facilities Engineering Manager, Major Capital Projects, Gulf of Mexico Business Unit
Chevron U.S.A. Inc.
Facilities Engineering Manager, Major Capital Projects, Gulf of Mexico Business Unit.  Jacquelyn currently serves as Facilities Engineering Manager of Major Capital Projects within Chevron’s Gulf of Mexico Business Unit (GOMBU). In this role, she is responsible for development of facilities concepts through exploration and appraisal, and provides project management services for all phases of non-operated MCPs and tieback projects.  Headquartered in Covington, Louisiana, with a significant presence in Houston, GOMBU is focused on all aspects of resource development in the deepwater Gulf of Mexico, including exploration, appraisal, drilling, major capital projects, reservoir management and production operations. GOMBU explores in water depths ranging from 1,500 to 10,000 feet and is a significant lease holder and active driller in the deepwater Gulf of Mexico.Jacquelyn has 21 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. She holds a BS in Chemistry from Principia College, an MS in Civil Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley, and an MBA from INSEAD.  Jacquelyn began her professional career with an engineering firm in California, supporting multiple refinery clients and subsequently joining Chevron in 2000.  She has held a variety of technical and leadership positions, including multiple assignments in California, Indonesia, and Texas. She has held upstream roles in project management, abandonment/remediation, finance, business planning and asset development in both offshore and onshore environments.  She is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers.
  James West | Senior Managing Director – Oil Services, Equipment & Drilling
Evercore ISI

James West is a Senior Managing Director responsible for the research coverage of the Oil Services, Equipment and Drilling industry consisting of detailed fundamental research on over 70 companies. Prior to joining Evercore ISI, Mr. West was a Managing Director and Senior Research Analyst at Barclays and Lehman Brothers for a combined 15 years.
Since assuming lead coverage in 2011, Mr. West has been top ranked in Institutional Investor, including number three in 2011, number two in 2012 and number one from 2013 to today. Prior to joining Lehman Brothers, Mr. West worked at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. Mr. West received his B.A. in Economics and a minor in History from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
